Terms of Service

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account.

• You must provide accurate and complete registration information.
• You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.
• You must be at least 16 years of age to create an account and use the Service.
• One person or entity may not maintain more than one free account.

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any illegal or unauthorized purpose.
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service, other accounts, or related systems.
• Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the Service.
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any part of the Service.
• Use the Service to store or transmit malicious code, malware, or content that violates any law.
• Resell, sublicense, or redistribute the Service without written consent.
• Exceed reasonable usage limits or abuse the API in a way that degrades the Service for other users.

Your Content: You retain full ownership of all code, context snapshots, and any other content you create, upload, or synchronize through the Service. Swylink does not claim any intellectual property rights over your content.

License to Operate: By using the Service, you grant Swylink a limited, non-exclusive license to store, process, and transmit your content solely for the purpose of providing and improving the Service.

Our Property:The Service, including its software, design, branding, and documentation, is owned by Swylink and protected by intellectual property laws. These Terms do not grant you any rights to use Swylink's trademarks or branding.

Swylink offers a free tier and a Pro plan starting at $9/month. Payments are processed securely by Stripe.

• Pro subscriptions are billed monthly or annually, depending on the plan selected.
• You may cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.
• We do not offer refunds for partial billing periods, except as required by law.
• We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days' advance notice. Existing subscribers will be notified before any price change affects their account.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Swylink and its founder, employees, and affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or business opportunities, arising out of or related to your use of the Service.

Our total aggregate liability for any claims arising from the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid to Swylink in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

You may terminate your account at any time by contacting us or using the account deletion feature in your dashboard settings.

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service if you violate these Terms, engage in abusive behavior, or for any other reason at our discretion with reasonable notice. In cases of serious violations, we may terminate access immediately without notice.

Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately. We will delete your data in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
